Mazda Protege 2000 LX Idle speed

What would be the OEM specs for the engine idle rpm ??? Would it be normal that the engine when started up has a high idle rpm and then the the rpm lowers down???

yeh completely normal fiac (fast idle air control) it's to warm up your engine when you start it notice when warm and start the car it doesn't idle high
