I am looking into get FLT A1's this fall and I was curious if anyone else had them. If you do, how do you like them? what all was needed for install? Any specialty tools? Any noise coming from them on the road?

Any info would help.
Cheers

yeah, i've got the 2a's also. sorry.

from everything i've read, its good, no matter the series 1 or 2's.

its jic-magic. its quality.

trust.

Brian- Shoulda told me you were comming bro.

Rest of you, cheers for the info. Where the A2's difficult?

Kyle - I don't have your #, or I would have called. I didn't realize I was gonna be stopping by JMU till I was on my way. IM me your cell # sometime and next time I'm up there I'll hit you up.

I have the A1's on my wagon and they are a bad ass setup. If you don't care about the stiffness then go for it. With it on the softest setting it is still stiff as hell but the car handles awsome. Would recomed them to anybody. I had the Tein ss coilovers but these are better by far.

I love my A-2's, and I agree with blackp5 and Impact. If you can live with the stiff ride(not punishing, but definately stiff), then you're gonna love the handling!

Is there a difference between the A1's and A2's besides adjustability? I'm probably going to one of them eventually.

not really. the a1's are five way adjustable on the dampening, the a2's are 15 way.

the main difference is the a2's have a monotube nitrogen gas damper, and the a2's have a twintube nitrogen gas damper.

its the same spring rates (6k front / 4k rear), same style of adjustment, and same high quality that jic is known for.

like everyone said, if you can get past the price and the stiff and somewhat-bumpy ride, you won't be disappointed at all.

i know i smile quite large taking spiral exit ramps at 60mph+, and i'm running stock tires and wheels. ;)
