No offense to anyone here, but if you want me to continue making MSP related products- STOP BREAKING MY BALLS . As many know, I have recently moved and it delayed all my building, shipping- even living- I am stuck in two rooms until the damn contractors are finished!!! I am a normal person just like the rest of you with a life and problems that occur on a daily basis.

I was without internet access from the 1st until the 13th and had over 1300 emails to answer and well over 200 orders. Of those over 200 orders- *ONLY* MSP people (about 60) orders have been emailing me complaining, demanding refunds, putting in complaints with PayPal, etc.. If this is going to continue, I do not need the aggrivation and will pull my MSP products altogether. It is that mentality- the bitching and complaining (shoot first, ask questions later)- about everything on these boards that made me want to get rid of my MSP in the first place.. I know a lot of you guys appreciate my products, but I have too much on my plate to try to get everything built and answer 30+ emails from people who think I am trying to get rich by ripping them off $45 at a time.

Also, while we are at it - I do not have time to answer everyones Emails, PM's, etc. about every MSP related question they have. I did not build or design the car, so please don't ask me specs or what it can handle, etc. every 10 minutes .. I know what I did with my car and have a strong automotive background- that's it. I do not necessarily know MSP specific things, I am not a shop manual or a Mazda Tech . I do not know the best places to buy "xxxx" for the car because I never bought "xxxx" and even if I did, I didn't shop around looking to save $5- I found it and I bought it. I will try my best to answer what I can, but please do not email, PM or IM me a million times with the same question, if I didn't answer it the first time, repeated emails will only make me not want to at all . I am trying here, but it has gotten to be a real burden on my work and life and especially now that I am falling behind due to the move, it is 10x worse.

You guy's,cut him some slack and let him have some breathing room.Like he said ,he is not the MSP god!He mere went where most of you don't dare!Notice I say most?Thats because I Aint scurred to lose amotor so I will push the limits as he has!
Joe P. has been around for a long,long time and I assure you that he is not out to run off with your measly $45 !

Good Luck Joe I have watched you for a while and followed your product. It really looks like you are doin' pretty well with the MSP. I think these guys would "sometimes" be lost without you. With that said.

Sometimes if they would direct some of there questions to the proper area in the forums Joe P. would not feel this way. Please you guys need to have some patience. We have plenty of experienced people in this forum. Boost questions used to be a everyday thing in Forced induction but now have dwindled. PLEASE stray into the other parts of this forum. General Protege questions can be answered by anyone. Your cars are still Proteges. Just my .02

Well I was one of the people who sent an email asking a question about a MSP and I HAD NO IDEA YOU WERE HAVING issues with moving and Internet access. Your web site makes you out to have a deep knowledge of the car. People see this and want to ask the top dude questions.

Being brand new on the board how would I have any idea at all that your having issues?

this is what i was talkin about in my other thread.. there is no patience here with some people.. i have never delt with joe because.. well.. my car isnt turbo. but everyone i know on here that has says he is a great guy with a wealth of knowledge he is willing to share.. but the minute hes not on 24/7 to answer questions people start burning him..
i understand everyone is excited about putting his awesome products on their cars but please.. the man has a life outside the forum. and if it wasnt for joe. my buddy alex would still have that ackward hesitation in his mazdaspeed..

First- cool color . Second- I don't mind the ?'s so much as the bitching and the multiple emails from the same person because I haven't gotten back to them yet. My website says right on the main page that I was moving and would be back on the 6th- the fact that that hasn't been updated yet shows that I was having problems . As for having a deep knowledge of the cars- I do, but only in areas that I was concentrating on- I get emails asking what brakes, auto x tires, springs, struts, etc. to use. That is a bit much. If you want to know what one of my products does or about other things I have done with the car, fine. The worst is if it comes from someone that never has or nver will purchase something- it takes away from my time spent helping paying customers just to hold someones hand through their mods. Hell, I have even gotten emails asking how to make various items because they don't want buy it!!!!! That is pretty ridiculous....

lol... Seriously though, it is because the internet makes it too easy for them- everyone thinks they can just press a button and have the answers, parts, performance, etc. that they want ... I am not a database, I am a person who has to take time from his schedule/life to answer the questions. Just keep in mind- if you want to ask a questions, multiply that by 20 and that is my average amount of "I need to know right now" questions I get a day. Also, when you push the magical "add to cart" button, someone still has to process the order, check inventory, order supplies, build your item, package it and make the trek to the Post Office 15 miniutes away to deliver it.. It doesn't just appear out of nowhere.

Another misconception is- it is just me doing this, I do not have a staff of 50 here to answer your every need, build products, etc..

Sorry for all the rants, but between relationship problems and not getting my work done because I am on the computer with this stuff 24-7- it has to stop!!!
