If a Turkey dies in the Mazdaspeed, and no one is around, does it make a sound?

Ahh, let me see if I can tackle this one, now that my talents have been validated by BlizzyBoo (love that one :D )... ahem...

You can indeed kill the turkey as, if it desires a cheeseburger then its zen would be... to become your turkey burger, freshly roasted atop a 'Speed. Mmmmm... squishy! :p Tastes like chicken!
Man, that is heavy.....(hippy)

squishy fishy,,,,,I remember when I used to have an aquarium. They are cool!

If our engines sound like dying turkeys, I wonder what our MSP are rated in Turkey Power then, TP istead of HP. Anyone care to investigate?

Yeah, actually I think it was "blizy boo" but it was on some thread a while back and I just thought it was hilarious. I just liked the way it sounded. Actually considered naming my next animal that.

I like this thread though, it's funny as hell. I'm not mocking or anything, just bullshitting around and, well, I just really suck at philosophy. My old roommie took it in college, always came home talking about Locke and how she hated him. She, however, was a major psycho - I think she took it all the wrong way. I have a lot of respect for philosophy but she took it waaaay to far and became super paranoid and questioned EVERYTHING. It's good to question things but some things are just better left alone.

Keep up the thread though - some funny s***! Haven't laughed this hard since "I make fun of myself on, well, myself..." :D

Oh yeah, I remember "blizy boo." Who was it that called me that? Darn, cant remember.

If a tree falls on a mime in a forest, and no one is around, does anyone care?

Gary Larson is a genius

You had clownfish? I would LOVE to have them but I hear the salt water is difficult to regulate and you have to have at least a 30 gallon tank - not feasible w/the current living situation. Blynzoo gave me some great info on some places to see them in the wild - destinations which I am presently trying to convince the hubby for our honeymoon. But right now pics on the 'net and trips to the aquarium will have to suffice. *sigh*

Ha ha! The "hottie avatar" thread was a good one. I especially loved Diane's scientific analysis... brilliant! :D Ahhhh, good times.. good times...

Sure it does, thats the hesitation problem we have :D
HA!!!!! Found it!!!

Now we just need to get mazda to switch to another animal that doesnt have trip...trap...whatever the freak that stuff is in turkey.

CLownfish are being snapped up right now and are going for way more than they should because of Finding Nemo.

No. Never had a marine (salt) tank. Only fresh water. But; salt tanks are awesome, and yes; tempermental. If something goes awry in the water balance, you can lose a lot of money in some really cool fish.

Hey, phishy...I just noticed you're in Elkridge. Where is that in MD?

You're not kidding. The other day I was in a pet shop and this woman and her daughter of about 11 came in asking for the "Nemo fish". I overheard her talking to the salesgirl who wasn't sure if they were fresh or salt water so I chimed in and said salt, of course... derr... they come from the OCEAN. So the mom proceeds to get an attitude and insists that they were fresh. Whatever! I guess she meant the freshwater part of the sea. I can only think of the little brace-faced girl in the movie that was supposed to inherit Nemo. Lordy!

AGR - that's EXACTLY why I won't try to tackle having a salt tank now. I used to have a Beta named Charlie and he was happy and content until one of my friends a while back put a goldfish in with it. No good. Goldfish have a different ammonia level than Betas and my poor Charlie bit the big one... and the goldfish was later fed to the snake... b****. ANYway, someday I might have a clown or two... someday....

Hey Blynzoo, I just read under your avatar that you're now in DC. Rock on! To answer your question though - Elkridge is about 20 mins south of Baltimore... prolly about an hour + away from DC I'm guessing. How do you like DC? Where are you in the city?

There was a story in the Times about how tons of these fish are being bought and are dying because people dont know how to care for them. I mean, I eat fish, so I cant be too pissed, but these people are just sticking fish in freshwater tanks, or bowls of water, and the fish are dying. People are freaking idiots, as evidenced by your run-in at the pet store.

I love DC. Minus the DMV. If every DMV employee died in a fiery death, I would bring marshmallows. Seriously though, I love the city. I lived here for three years when I went to school, then moved to Indy for work. I have now moved back here for music (not my 9-5 job). I live on the east end of Capitol Hill.
