Its for the injen intake system.
You know how they have use, put the bracket on the side, but does anybody have a custom bracket for the overflow.
Instead of using the stock bracket, does anybody have a custom over flow bottle and bracket out?
Do you know?

Summit and Jeggs both have a variety of over flow tanks available.

My father in law has a stainless overflow tank on his 1950 street rod truck and it looks sweet. He got it from Summit Racing.

Good luck,

The overflow tank/bottle is part of the engine cooling system.
In the old days when a car/truck overheated the antifreeze would boil out of the rediator neck and onto the ground. (Good cure for stray cats) But the environmentalists didn't like that so now there is a bottle or tank that collects the antifreeze and stores it. When the engine cools off there is a sort of natural vacuume that sucks the antifreeze back into the radiator.

Hpoe this clears it up

Also,
When the coolant heats up, it expands, so the overflow is used to keep the same volume of coolant in the system.
Your "natural vacuum" would be the coolant cooling down, and contracting.

Acutally...INJEN themselves have an overflow bottle that is aluminum, is polished, and has the red INJEN text on it....it matches the intake perfectly.

Do you have the link?
