I *&( Hate Other Drivers!!!!

Really? You should have glass coverage in MA which insurance covers 100%. I've always had them repaired or replaced. Even both my P5 fogs were 100% replaced when rocks cracked them. Heck, one was cracked before I purchased the car and they still covered it. Hehe.

I have Commerce Ins.

That's what everyone is telling me but apparently Plymouth Rock doesn't offer that. I should get the cracked fog light fixed under the same deductable.

did you have comprehensive insurance on your car?

Ok, I just got off the phone with my agent. I go through Sarraf insurance and the assistant he has is kind of a flake. I made her call Plymouth Rock to find out what the deal was. She called me back and said it was covered with no deductable. yay!

A few updates...

Insurance is going to pay for Amanda's windshield. They had to order the OEM glass so it hasn't been replaced yet. The crack is so bad it leaks on the highway!

As for the MS6, I dropped it off this morning because of an intermittent CEL. There are a few known issues so it is prolly one of those.

Woopie back in a rental car!!! This time its a Dodge Stratus. Ride is soft and squishy like a full size Impala or Crown Vic. Obviously this takes away from handling. The Chevy Malibu had a firmer ride but I am a little more comfortable in the Stratus (but I can tell I'd be in pain after a long ride). Pick-up wasn't great like most automatics. The brake rotors were slightly warped already (after 15K miles).

Speaking of rentals, this visit is covered by my warranty. Does anyone know if there is a clause in the Mazda warranty that says I will get a Mazda loaner when my car is in for work? It is a pain in the but having to spend 20 minutes with the Enterprise guys. I should be in-and-out for this sort of visit.

Oh, and a photo that Josh took the other day...

The loaner cars my Ford dealer gave me were ones from the lot. Used of course and ones not prepped for sale yet. I drove 2 Mustangs and an Explorer.

There is no clause that requires a Mazda loaner, only for certain things they may actually give a greater allowance for a Mazda loaner (like the last recall i had on my rx-8).

Last two times I had to ask my dealership specifically for a Mazda. First time, I ended up with a Toyota Echo (barf).

I'll ask next time.

My car is fixed. Apparently they just had to replace the gas cap (dunno). I had heard that a loose cap would cause a cel so I had been making sure to tighten it properly. I hope this is the last of the CELs for a while.
