Hy folkz, the Austrian Guy is back
You remember me? -The one who wanted Altezzas for his P5/323F. I think this was about a half year ago. -And my english doesnt improve much in this time
Well...the Altezzas didnt fit and it was a lot of work to make them fit...but heres the
result:
But thats not the reason why Im showing up again.
From my further car I have still two racingseats lying around at home. Last weekend I wantet to install them, but the original-seats are connected to the airbagsystem. So when I remove the plug which connects the seat with the system the whole airbagsystem doesnt work and the signal lamp of the airbag shines on and on.
I already asked a mechanic, but he said it isnt possible to solve the problem with a laptop. (I wanted him to connect somehow to the control unit and to tell the airbagsystem to work without the sideairbags of the original seats).
Then I asked the producer of the seats, but they didnt answer...
So I thought that maybe someone of you has an idea how this could work? (Maybe a plug that simulates the original seat?)
Thanks a lot, your man from oversea
