How to remove the Rear Bumper on 2010 Mazda 5?

My bumper got dented on the left side. I think I can put it back to its original shape. I remove all the screws from the left and right side,but the middle clips, I can not seem to get it to let loose. The bumper is hanging by the white clips,

Can anyone show me how I can get the rear bumper off? Thank you.

look on the witter towbar site. It tells you how. (3 screws under each wheelarch and two plastic clips attach the bumper under the car ) the white clips just popped off when i wrenched the bumper off after doing the other ones.........
