heater blowing cold

Hello my 07 reg 5 sport only blows cold air when i turn the heater on it makes no difference to what i set the temperature knob to any ideas please ?

Wife had a stupid Volvo that had to be reflashed for heater to get warm.....dunno if that same thing might apply here, just a thought.

nope still not working just blows cold no matter what knobs i turn

could be bad radiator cap, not building up the pressure.
Could be bad blend door actuator, just stuck in the cold and not mixing in any hot air.
Can be blown fuse.
Could be blocked/failed heater core.
Could be bad knob or computer issues.

Dealer should be able to diagnose in 30 minuted.

How did you reflash the ecu? I'm not talking about unplugging battery. I mean we took car to dealer and they reflashed the ecu,not reset it. It was a new car then and didn't have to pay any $100 for diagnosis tho.....like dealer will most likely charge to diagnose yours at this point.
