Groundwire kit

I've noticed a couple of people changing this out on the MSP, what are the gains if any?

the idea is the kit helps the engine ground better...meaning extremely little hp gains if any...but i noticed when i installed it on mine my car actually has a better smoother idle hp increase is said to be like 1-2hp, IMO there is non but the car runs smoother and my lights dont dim AS much with my 1000watt RMS system
