Just wanted to say whats up to everyone on the board. Got it from Capitol Mazda in Cary, NC. Going next week to get ECU flashed. Only had 11 miles so still breaking it in, got 140 miles just today, but staying low in the RPMs is depressing. Still spanked a Civic without going over 3G's, and he was askin what all I had done, so I think I will like it.

Welcome and pat yourself on the back for choosing black mica. Absolutely the best color for the first 15 minutes after you wash it! :D

You might want to check out www.zainobros.com for some really fine wax products. Makes the car just awesome!

Welcome to the forum...(hi)

Edit: That smiley is kinda gay..not going to use it next time.

Hi! You'll notice the most prominent cosmetic addition to your car is a multicolor smattering of dead bugs. The black on yellow/green/red contrast really brings out the gooshiness. I'd be willing to bet you grabbed one of the few remaining '03's, so congrats. Baby it for a while, and take good care, 'cause it's way cooler than those wacky 03.5's ;)

Black MSP

Mine gets dirty 5 minutes after I wash it.

I'm a northerner living in the south (Charlotte,NC). I STILL can't used to the fact that there are so many goshdarn bugs down here...50% of which are smashed up against the front of my car. :)

Yeah, my old car was black. It looked great right after a couple of hours detailing it, but the next day it looked dirty again.

My Titanium MSP is soooo much easier to keep looking clean. I simply wash/add a coat of Liquid Glass once a week, and rinse it off and dry it right after a rainstorm.

Congrats on the black MSP though...they're getting tough to find new now.

Same here - I love the titanium! For one, I just don't think the black's were as deep as i would like and it would certainly get dirty easily. I thought the same of the yellow too (ie. not a deep enough yellow) but I flew by a spicy orange today on I-75 and it looked nice. I was wondering why he didn't run with me. O well. Enjoy the ride my friend!

I also bought the same car recently... but, from Millenium because I live in Durham. I'm scheduled at Capital Cary Wednesday... they say they don't have the hesitation fix... I haven't had good luck with Millenium's service dept. so far. So... maybe they can fix a couple of issues for me.

The only mods I've done so far: Sirius radio, (it's awesome), K&N panel filter, removed front tag, removed little gold Kenwood triangles, and tried to keep it clean. ;)

Good luck and hope to see you around.

i live in an apartment - no hose connnections , i have to lug pails of water down 3 flights of stairs to wash mine ...
i have it down to a science , 2 buckets prerinse , 2 buckets wash, 1 bucket for tires and 4 buckets for rinse . the people in the buildings around me think im insane ...
