maybe its just the angles im seeing it at, but it looks like the wastegate may possibly be in the way of the piping of the turbo outlet. or is that not an issue, correct me if im wrong.
 
Not to burst anyone's bubble, but that is not a true twin scroll manifold. Cylinder 1 has to be connected with cylinder 3 and so forth with cylinders 2 and 4 at the flange. Not saying its not a nice looking manifold but its not a true twin scroll.
 
No, your statement of ("Cylinder 1 has to be connected with cylinder 3 and so forth with cylinders 2 and 4 at the flange") isnt true, you need to check firing order.

True IIRC on fsde motors 1-4 and 2-3 fire at the same time.
