So I bought these rims for $100, three of them hold air and are in okay shape, while I was cleaning them up, I found this one didn't. I must have totally overlooked it. Anyways, can this be fixed or should I look to eBay?

any rim repair shop should be able to fix that taco.

the next question is how much are you willing to spend?

Three of the four where good for $100. Talked to a guy at work, turns out his dad used to own a tire repair shop, but he still get's discounts from the guys that bought it! Getting all the rims powdered and they are going to see if they can fix this one as well! If not, I'm looking to eBay anyways.

they should be able to fix that, what color you going with for the powdercoat??

Dunno, what do color do you think? I'm leaning towards gunmetal, but I'm told that'd look ghetto? Otherwise I"ll just go with a bright silver. BTW: What's everyone opinion on paint calipers on stock wheels? Here's how it sits now (obviously these aren't the "new" wheels):

These are the wheels I'm looking to powdercoat for those that don't know:

im digging gunmetal, no black...its kind of over rated....only certain cars and certain rims can pull it off

A rim repair place can fix that in a snap. I had two wheels with very similar damage, and got them both fixed for $150ish, and a days wait. Just find a reputable rim repair facility.

If you cant find one local and want to ship...this is the place I used:
Precision Wheel in Branford, CT (google it)

Still want these center caps slacker???

Yes I do. Slacker? I was held up AT WORK which caused me to miss the meet. $ > 6 Meet!

FYI: I am going to bend that rim back myself I've decided. Heating up the rim and hit a block of wood rather than hitting the rim with the hammer directly, it's coming along well for the little time I spent.

Yes...I just dropped off 5 wheels.
2 of the 3 were banged up pretty bad.
They also have some chrome lip business going on (the banged up ones do not because the PO.
I'm having those removed and going w/a flat black scheme for the wheels.

There was some humor implied in that post, guess you missed it...but anyways.
Get yer priorities straight!
Wrenching on cars with good people and grubbing on good food > than working any day! ;)

Just a warning - those OEM 18's that came on the sixes bend easily and often. If you keep them, plan on being careful on road imperfections, and putting the highest sidewall you can reasonably fit. Like 225/45-18 (or even 235/45-18).

I know, I wasn't mad. I really wanted to make it. Lemme know if you wanna meet up sometime and I can get them.

I'll keep that in mind. These won't see winter duty so that eases my mind a bit.
