Evo 8 rear seat

Anyone here tried an evo 8 seat on the protege? Or know if the evo seat is more narrow than the Sti seat? I test fitted an Sti one and it was so close to working but it wouldn't let the doors shut

Only way to know is to get one and try it out. I highly doubt it but have never seen one in person. Pretty much anything is possible.

could you take the sti one to an appholstry shop and get them to cut it to fit and sew it back?
