Relax.wicked said:why not just use the f*#king EGR,it doesn't rob ANY HP,and it saves gas when cruising
LinuxRacr said:I just used a plate to seal my EGR valve shut. Not CEL's yet. Then again, they are reset everytime I start the car..lol!
I tried this Friday night. Still got a CEL.MPNick said:Drill and tap the exhaust manifold on top of the number # running. Get a brass adaptor thats 1/8th pipe to 1/4 flare{brake line}. run a 1/4'' brake line to the egr valve. Use exhaust air tube hose and two clamps and you are done. No more cel for the egr flow.

Which manifold?LinuxRacr said:Damn dude, what is going on? Have you checked your manifold bolts/studs lately? If those are loose, you WILL have an issue like this.
Rdshark1 said:Did you ever get a CEL with it filtered? I still have not had any issues with mine.
Kooldino said:I never ended up filtering it, but when I ran it open i got no CEL (but got some weird issues as linked above)
