downshifting to first

yeah today the shifter was nice and easy to deal with. I haven't driven it for like a week because I just had surgery and haven't been up to it. It went it to first real easy this timeand the notchiness was not there for like 30 minutes, then it came back. I guess its time to try synchromesh fluid.

if you watch this rx-8 video you will see the drivers of the car sometimes using there right foot on the brake and gas to downshift during a turn. I like the way they did the camera work in this video.
