2007~2015 CX-9 AC squealing noise

Hey folks finally got my ac fixed now I’ve noticed the past couple days when I have it in and driving every time I turn the steering wheel like in a curve I hear a squealing noise, it has a new compressor. It only does it when I’m turning the steering wheel any ideas?

What car? On the cars with hydraulic power steering a squeal when turning means a worn belt or also a worn pulley on the power steering pump.

I’m sorry meant to put that in there it’s a 08 Mazda cx9

Is the squeal there when the A/C is off?

Bad compressor.

New parts can be faulty.

OK, I can see that I hope not but I can see that but my question is is why does it only make this squealing noise whenever I am driving down the road and I make a turn whether I go into a curve or stop sign turning right or left it only does it whenever I’m turning the steering wheel Looks like if it was a bad compressor, it would be doing it continuously whether I’m making our turn or not

look at the power steering pump then. If you put a new belt on maybe it is too loose.

It’s an old belt I think I’m gonna change it anyway, but my wife says it hasn’t been doing it here the last few times she’s run the air conditioner so I’m gonna go ahead and replace the belt. Thanks for all your help.
