CS s-pipe and Vibrant exhaust

Nice Pics way to go !!

I'm looking forward to seeing the dyno on the Vibrant with CS s-pipe. This is the exact setup I'm interested in.

I believe the Corksport s-pipe is set up to fit any j-pipe back exhaust that will fit the stock s-pipe. As far as the s-pipe/ j-pipe combo, it probally goes the same for j-pipe back exhaust. As long as the exhaust bolts onto the stock j-pipe, it should fit the corksport j-pipe/s-pipe combo. Someone correct me if i'm wrong.

hey 31R,
what kind of bolts did your use for connecting S-pipe to J-pipe?

I actually bought new studs for the s-pipe, the part the connects to the j-pipe. I reused the same nuts i had that connected the j-pipe to my stock s-pipe. I believe they were my stock nuts, or they might have been the nuts that came with my vibrant exhaust. Not 100% sure.

ahh, good to know.
would you also happen to know what size studs we need?

Sorry i dont know what size studs they are. I had my pops pick some up for me. I can ask him if he remembers the size.

please, i just want to be ready....
where might one get studs?
would a hardware store have them?

My pops got them at autozone. If you can get it at autozone you can get at any hardware store. I think i seen them at OSH. I will try and get the size this weekend. When do you plan on recieving your goods?

hey, it's cool if u get the info.
Travis only gave me the thread size.....do u know the length?
s-pipe is scheduled to arive tomorrow.

i dont know the exact numbers, but the flow will increase, restriction will decrease....hence more power.
there wont be any difference if u're using it with stock exhaust.

corksport says it's a 6 hour job for the s-pipe,the place I go to says $70 an hour that's like $400 to install, that's the part I'm worried about. any sug's?
