I've never experienced engine knock personally, but I believe it is more of a tinny higher pitched noise more like a rattle than a deep muffled thud kind of a sound?
Engine knock is a high-pitched, high-frequency sound. A good way to hear it is to drive with a barrier (e.g. a low wall or very high curb) within a few feet of the left or right of your car with your windows down. I did hear the weird two/three thump sounds in your video before your car started actually moving, but nothing that I could detect after that.
