Ok, a couple days ago I heard on the news about a big car chase that started in my local city and involved like 6 more cities before it ended. As I start to hear more about it, I find out that it was some assholes that were breaking into cars and stealing stuff, the cops spotted them, and they bolted. THEN I find out that the cops spotted the idiots on the next street over from me! I was like, damn, that's too close for comfort. Then today I'm outside and look at my car. This is what I see:
I'm assuming that my alarm beeped when the plastic cracked and that scared them off. It was @ 5:30 in the morning when the chase started, so I was fast asleep, and the house can collapse and not wake me up. I'd make a police report and claim it on insurance, but the deductible ($250) is probably more than what it'll cost to replace, so I'm just pissed.
The only good thing is that 4 of the 5 were captured when they drove their Sunfire into the Detroit River, and so far one of those fuckers that was caught has died! I know I just ****** my Karma, but they started it.
