Bought a 5 today... have questions

Hello all,
We just bought a blue 2006 Mazda5 today, it will be ready for pick-up next weekend.

I have a couple questions.

1. There is no owners manual with my car, does anyone have a PDF of the owners manual that I can download?

2. There is only 1 key fob and I'd like at least 1 more key. Does this car have a security chip in the key fob (which means I have to get an official key and fob from Mazda), or can I just get another key made from a regular key blank?

Key fob has a chip and all keys are required to be programmed at the same time. Search the forums as there is an item about having only 1 key and the hassle to re program a 2nd replacement.
