today i have taken apart. the blow off valve that i have installed. noticed that it is not working. and there is two springs i was wondering if that would cause the bov to not work . the springs are black, and it is a knock of version of the greddy type r .

the boost we push on our msps is not strong enough to open that bov all the way. you need to take out one of those springs, preferably the bigger one. i have a knock off type s and thats what i did, now the dump is scary loud.

will it matter if I am useing both the stock bpv and a bov. also took out the bigger spring now just cant adjust the nob so the car will stay runing have tryed every way possiable.

i have the smaller spring in now. now when i boost it opens to early so i adjusted the nob on top. and still cant get it to run right, when im in boost it seems like the car falls on its face. and starts jerking around.

i think thats what im going to have do to . but im not sure how far apart to place the maf. betwen the tb and the bov.

there is a thread on this but i believe it is at least four inches, but double check that with a search for maf relocation

4 inches is correct. If you locate the BOV and MAF apart with a silicone coupler, you should have adequate distance to not cause any issues. Don't forget to put the MAF before the BOV on the pipes way to the Intake manifold.

Do you think this is a good spot to put it?
