black msp spotted on I-10

ooh i saw one today on the beltway right before 45 at around 4:30pm. it road through the EZ TAG lane.
im guessing by the area it was you eric?
i was in the damn exact change lane and didnt move for like 5mins straight, how the **** can some IDIOT be taking 5 mins to put change in the machine!!!!!
