On my way to work this morning I noticed a black audi TT going insane speeds weaving through traffic. I was a good 1/4 mile behind him when the light ahead turned red. He was behind a truck at the light, and I pulled up beside him (I was behind one of those seksi convertable volvos...anywho). He had his top down and looked over.
I could tell he was liking my car because he smiled and threw me a rev.
Of course im not dumb enough to race into the car in front of me so I smile and shake my head.
I start going and he gets caught in traffic. A few minutes later I see him speeding up behind me (I was in the right lane). When he came up beside me his look turned from "nice car" to "wtf happened to that?". so he passes me and gets right in front. He is making a right turn too. I hear him downshift and he nails it in the corner, I was already in seccond and I havent really ran my car before so I figured what the hell?
He was about a car ahead going through the corner, but I was making my gorund fairly quickly. At 60mph I was at his back door and by 75 he was at my back door. I let of the gas briefly thinking he acknowledged my win, but he is still on. He got back even with me and I nailed it 100%. Took it to 100 where he was about 2-2 1/2 cars behind me. We got to the next light (I was making a left and he was going straight). He gave me the roll down gesture, so i abliged. He said your cars pretty quick, i've never lost a race before (hmmm was this his first race?). I say thanks and tell him his car is nice looking and then he says "Definitely nicer than yours! especially in that condition"
I was kind of in awe that he could be such an asshole, but the light turned green he went straight and I went left...happy yet pist at the same time.
CF. Ran a manual TT, beat him. He made fun of my car becuase its damaged. I was pist, then thought my car even with the exhaust all fuked still beat him so
to him.
I know my car isnt fully broken in (674 miles), but I only redlined it in one gear...cant be that bad right?

. Sorry to hear about the MSP getting rear ended:mad:. BTW if what you ran was the 180hp or the 225Hp vesion they are both Quick, and so is the MSP. I found some #'s on both TT versions.
