Just want to post an update reagrding this topic. currently have this tranny on my FS-DE with SRI and full exhaust setup but with no piggy backs or anything else. I was easily able to hit 200kph just on 4th gear and it was still rising. I just decided to slow down then shift up to 5th as it was really nerve racking. Why? Because on my stock tranny, Ford Lynx RS/Ford Tierra XT(same as Nicky's), I was only able to hit the 200kph mark on 5th at around 6k rpm (or higher if I'm not mistaken). I had the guts to let it rip since it was new year's eve and was trying to be home before the clock strikes 12. I know it's a lame excuse lol.
Anyone try 626 gears in their FS-DEs?
