Is the 12k dealers have to pay for real? I spoke to the sales manager here in NC and he said they just keep shipping them speeds. They never paid for any exclusive rights or anything.

Who the hell knows, I have heard it from a few dealers. I know the one my friend on FL works at wouldn't take them in because they have to pay and they wouldn't sell enough to recoup the $$$.. They could be BSing about how much also so you pity their blood sucking vampire asses .

I've got to think the 12k is some how redeemable if it is for real. Mazda would WANT to have "speed" lines in as many dealerships as possible to create interest at the very minimum. Dealers want as few of the somewhat harder to sell "premium" products because they just don't sell that many to generate big $$$.
