Car currently sits at 78K miles. I purchased her from another member a couple of years ago, she had 59K miles at the time. I recently picked up a new ride and only have garage space for one. I also don't want to pay insurance on both. Unfortunately this car is now sitting without shelter until I can sell her, so hurry! Otherwise, the car has been garaged her entire life by me and the previous owner. We're both adult owners who respect our cars. Non-smoker. The car of course is quick as hell and handles great, but you already know that. And it sounds great too. I have clean and clear title in hand.
The good:
Forged motor built when car had about 48K miles ( Pauter rods, Cp pistons 9.5:1 bored .020 over, ARP main and head studs )
ACT clutch kit (ZX4HDSS) put in a few thousand miles ago
Cobb AccessPort
Cobb turbo inlet
Cobb SRI (short ram intake)
Cobb FMIC (front mount intercooler)
ProtegeGarage Pump internals (make the high pressure fuel pump reliable for modifications)
BSD and windage tray
ProtegeGarage re-built K04 turbo (http://protegegarage.com/1760-protege-garage-reworked-k04-turbocharger-mazdaspeed-23-disi.html)
TWM shifter bushings
TWM short shifter (awesome!)
AWR RMM (rear motor mount)
DNP ceramic coated exhaust manifold
TXS DP (downpipe)
TXS race pipe with vibrant high flow cat welded in
OEM rear exhaust with cat-delete
Forge BPV
Saikou Michi Oil CC (catchcan)
ProSport boost gauge
Curtis hitch, used it for a bike rack
Exterior mods:
35% window tint
shaved side moldings
black badges, black reflectors, basically black everything!
Dealer applied clearbra
The bad:
Driver read door has a dent above the handle from where a deer ran into it. You can see it in several of the pictures.
Some small dings on the roof from a hail storm that the previous owner was caught in.
Small dent on hatch from the couple of times I used a strap-based bike rack. Just needs PDR to pop it out. I immediately switched to a hitch based bike rack which is so much better.
The odd:
I bought YellowSpeed coilovers (http://protegegarage.com/1720-yellow-speed-dynamic-pro-coilovers-mazdaspeed3-mazda3.html) and had them professional installed by Hollywood Motors. The rears developed a leak so I had Hollywood take them out ($$$) and I had to ship them back to Taiwan at my own expense ($$$) for warranty work. I misplaced the OEM rear shocks so I had to buy new aftermarket shocks ($$) while the coil-overs were out. So right now the car has coil-overs in front (at stock height) and the OEM setup in the back but I have refurbished rear coil-overs that I will include with the sale.
The wheelset in the pictures is Mustang wheels with Blizzak WS70 rubber (the best ice tire!) on them, so basically it's still in winter mode. The Blizzak rubber is expensive! I have 5 OEM rims but they all need new rubber. I have a pair of OEM tires unmounted that have a little bit of thread left on them.
Extras:
Have all OEM parts.
Weathertech front mats, very awesome in the winter and on dirty road trips.
Anyways onto the pictures!
