2003.5 P5 Auto Shift Knobs?

Just wondering what shift knbos will fit on my 2003.5 p5. It doesn't use a shifter with a springbutton, so I'm wondering if I got one of the cf "mazdaspeed" shifters from corksport for about $53 I think will it fit? I really like that shift knob, the only thing wouldn't like is that it has gear numbers on it...and well that would exactly apply to my car.....and also it says mazdaspeed....and my car is not a mazdaspeed....anyways.....will these knobs fit, and does anybody know any cf shift knobs that look just like these that maybe are unmarked and/or cheaper?

mazdaspeed isn't just the mazdaspeed protege. you can have mazdaspeed parts on your car and not look like a poser. in fact, the sport exhaust for the p5 has mazdaspeed written on it.

as for that particular knob, i don't know if that one fits, but here's some people that changed their knobs.

Thanks for the reply, I read all of that thread. I didn't find anything there though about the 2003.5 tiptronic/auto transmission, they were all talking about the 2002 shifter that needs a button. How can I know what shift knobws will fit my 2003.5 tran?

Haha I appreciate you looking, but once again that doesn't answer my question. I want to know if that mazdaspeed knob I was talking about earlier fits the sportronic trans, and what knobs fit it in general. That thread just showed one knob that works, but I do appreciate the effort!

Nevermind, I just realized how long the metal thing is the knob goes on and it will look bad if I dont cut it down, and I'm not gonna cut it down to put a new knob on.

there's no button on the 02.5 sportronic. i have one.

i was curious about this also, but half the knobs i've seen are super short and stubby. kinda like me.
