09 CD changer problem

So our 09 ate a cd and the player is useless at this point. I pulled it out and we have the Clarion unit. Has anyone ever replaced this with an OEM Sanyo? There are quite a few on ebay, however the faceplates are either beat up or the wrong color. Since the head unit just attaches with four screws, it should be easy to do a simple swap. I pulled the unit off the faceplate/bezel and noticed there are two plugs on the front of the Head unit that attach it to the circuit board. I'm wondering if these would be the same from a Sanyo. Looking to stay with a stock unit that I can get off Ebay, unless someone knows another place to pick up inexpensive OEM head units.
