z828 vs z919... BOOO!

I know this should go in Audio, but this forum obviously gets much more traffic. I think it really sucks that Yellow MP3s and Canadian MP3s got the z828 installed in their cars. It is obviously a MUCH better unit:

* Detachable face
* Graphic EQ
* ID3 tag capable
* SATELLITE RADIO READY
* Better screensaver

I think we got SCREWED. What are the chances of us complaining enough to get a replacement?

By the way some blue mp3's got the z828 i saw one at a dealer in northern pa i was really pissed!!

Hey, I have a z828 in my blue mp3.. I like it. I bought mine in LaGrange, GA. I think it was more of a random thing because I see blue ones and yellow ones with both players.

in Canada...we got the z828 model , but they didnt give the MP3 map floors we only got the regular protege map..

I already wrote somewhere about this but I got the blue mp3 I test drove had the 828 in it and the blue mp3 I got had the 919. :mad: :mad: I like the 828 much, much, much, better. Put me in on the bitching to mazda. Hey ArcTan2x+k I'll trade you my floormats for your 828

Soory guys I had to wait 3 months for mine but it was all worth it i got 828 and floormats. as for the 828 ,919 dilema mazda was comming with 919 in all the productions but kenwood ran out of units to supply mazda because they were discontinuing the unit ,so the 828 was the new mp3 they were coming out with so thats why we have both. Just an advise: people from mazda do read this forum thats how i got here, (a salesman told me about this website) so I know is rigth to be p*** off at mazda but really there was nothing they couldn't have done. I know we have the right to say anything we want (is called freedom of speech) but when you're actually doing something like breaking the unit to get it replace is actually going to affect those who actually have theirs damaged from getting a new one. just heads up that's all. (don't get mad at me now, i'm in your side)
