time to tighten up a bit. I'm not too much out of shape, but I've lately been encouraged to put on some more muscle. Eating right + working out = yay (dance)

I sell muscle milk!!!! I had one this morning too. Plus an Odwalla bar, coconut milk, all my vits and herbs, and a cigarette.
 
Muscle Milk???? Just does not sound right to me.
And I will not wait for the PnP on the Muscle Milk. Yuk
 
Just watch the Calories in the Muscle Milk. If you want to put on Muscle just pickup some On Whey as you get all the Protein and not so much Calories. Muscle Milk is more of a Meal Replacement drink vrs a Protein Drink.

Unless you're using it as a meal replacement :)

Their motto used to be... "you once doubled your weight in 6 months, why not shoot for it again".... or something like that. If you skip meals with it, you lose... if you add it in between you gain.

The whole premise was to take denatured agents from bovine sources and formulate a product that resembled human breast milk as closely as possible. All growth factors, protein, immunoglobins, etc, etc. That s*** is the best selling protein drink of all time and its based of a fairly disgusting notion for most folks(drinking your moms titty milk). Thats why it isnt marketed that way anymore...lol

The last time I went to GNC and wanted a protein supliment the guy at the register slipped and suggested that I drink "Man Milk" he then corrected himself but I had to laugh. hehe

But yeah I am getting chunkified also, I need to start eating healthy.
 
if you wanna loose weight go on a tuna diet. its the leanest you can eat. that and water and protein and youre good.
 
my plan is a yogurt breakfast, half a muscle milk before class with a wheat sandwhich, just ham, no cheese or anything else, then the other half of MM after classes (12pm and 3pm). veggies to munch on during late afternoon, then 20oz smoothie king for dinner.

should help out fair enough. goes along well with my nightly routine of pushups and crunches. take vitamins daily, drink some OJ, the usual. No more alchy for me, I was destroyed a few weeks ago from excessive tequila (dammit jose!)

I know palerider knows health. I paid 39$ for a case of 12 chocolate MM. whats cost for you?
 
big breakfast is best way to lose weight. start big end small..like someone said 5 small meals a day. yea that and working out, getting off the mazda forums and the xbox, and running a bit.
