my plan is a yogurt breakfast, half a muscle milk before class with a wheat sandwhich, just ham, no cheese or anything else, then the other half of MM after classes (12pm and 3pm). veggies to munch on during late afternoon, then 20oz smoothie king for dinner.
should help out fair enough. goes along well with my nightly routine of pushups and crunches. take vitamins daily, drink some OJ, the usual. No more alchy for me, I was destroyed a few weeks ago from excessive tequila (dammit jose!)
