I got this idea from the MSP forum, so i figured we should do it for our cars and have some fun with it! (sorry if this is a repost, I did not find anything like this in a search) Axelas are welcome to! :cool:

Ill get us started:

You know you drive a Mazda 3 when... people ask you why your car is named after a number lol (headbang)

You know you drive a Mazda 3 when... someone asks you what kind of car you drive and you tell them and they looked puzzled and say, no...... whats the "name" of your car lol

You know you drive a Mazda3 when...you fly by a smart car on the interstate and it only gets a crumy 8 mpg more than you. ZOOMZOOM
 
You know... When you are asked "what kind of car is this, a Volkswagon? "No it's a Mazda". "Oh a Volkswagon Mazda... but what is the 3 for".

dang right! our cars are proof that your car dont have to be hideous looking to get good gas milage! (thumb)

when...people ask you what model Audi you're driving

lol its happened to me 3 times since i bought mine.
 
i have no idea but 3 people have asked me about my audi lol... from the back end it definitely bears resemblance to either a vw or an audi, but i dont think they look THAT similar. i guess the rear looks a bit like an a4

Hahahahaha! I get that alot too! They don't know what kind of car it is and you tell them "Mazda 3" and they say, what kinda Mazda? You repeat "Mazda 3" again, and still look confused. lol

You know you own a mazda3 when...

you replace your side motor mount like it's normal maintanence. (at least in my case)
 
You know you drive a Mazda 3 when... you tell the wife to shhhhhhhhh so you can hear the sound of ur intake/removed resonator lol (shady)
 
You know you own a mazda3 when...

....When you go for a drive just to drive.
....when you get a ticket for speeding when your really just doing the speed limit. (cop accusing you of going faster then you really are)
....when you can still rock an ATX and be cooler then a honda owner
.....you smile when getting into the car
..... driving is not a chore

so true!!!!!! i used to HATE driving, like hate everything about it! but ever since i got my 3 i love to drive, im always first to volunteer lol, and yeah i did use to act like it was a chore but i love drivin just for fun! (i used have a 99 explorer lol)

Same sort of profiling.. a cop turned around and pulled me over once for "undertaking"/passing on the right while over the speed limit. I know for a fact that I wasn't exceeding the speed limit 'cuz I had cruise control set at the speed limit (40mph) and I was only passing on the right because the car I was passing was A) going significantly less than the speed limit and B) turning left without signaling.

He let me off with a warning to "tone it down". (uhm)

yeah sounds like a load of crap. gotta love that stuff. just cuz you got a nice sporty car they like automatically assume u are/was speeding
 
Hahaha I get the same profiling by cops too!

So it's safe to say, You own a mazda 3....

when your a profiled speeder by the cops. (wrc)
