When i ordered through Wheelmax my rims came packaged in pairs...that's strange one is missing. You'll love the HRII's -a night and day difference compared to stock dunlops. Good luck on the 3rd wheel!

I'm sooooo ******' pissed at Wheelmax at this point! I was out of town all this past week and didn't have a chance to check up on this. So, I called on Friday to see what the deal was and apparently the "one" girl that handles UPS for "America's Largest Mail-Order Tire and Wheel Company" had called out sick and wouldn't be back until Monday. On Friday May 6th, I was told that a trace would be launched through UPS and that I would get a call back from Wheelmax later that day....no such luck. So, he person I spoke with Friday, who was absolutely clueless, said that the girl will call me first thing in the Morning on Monday. WTF? What have you done over the last ten days about finding my ******* wheel? Suck it up, send me another, and YOU worry about where the other wheel is and have them send THAT one back to you.

You know, even though I try not to be cynical and give companies like Wheelmax the benefit of the doubt when I hear their horror stories, well I just got a big **** YOU for not listening to what is being said about them and their horrible customer service.

Once UPS did a trace and couldn't find the wheel. WHEELMAX sent another one out immediately, but not without error, once again. When I spoke to the girl in customer service she asked me if I needed a passenger, or driver's side replacement, and I told her passenger side. Well, of course they sent me a driver's side, so I hd to go and get it dismounted and then remounted, but I guess all's well that ends well.

Not sure exactly what they weigh, but they honestly felt lighter than the stock wheels when I was swapping them out.
