Yet Another BOV question!!!

Ok everyone I know this has been hit in the head a million times but this is a different sort of question.. How good will the Turbo XS RFL work on the Stock Boost setup and can you mount it on the stock Piping like one guy has on here before?

Thanks i need to know this ASAP (thought)

yes you can adapt it to the stock pipin...just find a hose that has the same diameter as the adapter on the rfl and the stock pipin...
wont be very loud runnin 5 psi though.

I had that blow off valve on mine and didnt like it! couldnt hear it good at all so I took it off

get the greddy type s..sounds niiiiiiicce, even at 6psi sounds nice. but at 10psi it sounds niiiiiicce

Make sure though you keep your stock bpv or else you will be stalling like I did

Well lets see how loud is not loud will people actually here it... we tested the boost its stock setting was 6.5ish once it peeked.

Thanks ALOT!!

i placed mine about 6inches from the throttle body..leave the stock bpv there or else youll stall, youll also stall if the spring on the bov is too loose so you have to play with it till u get it right

Ok I understand were to place it but how? What am I going to make the thing stay in that place you know Im lost on the installment on the stock piping!

You do realize a BOV is not a piece meant just to produce a "COOL" sound, right?

Yea the reason I took it off also was because I was stalling to much because I removed my stock bypass valve and didnt know that I should keep it to prevent the stalling.

Ok so would anyone please help me and just let me know how I am exactly going to install this BOV on the stock piping??? Maybe pictures or diagrams something Just let me know what I will need to do this!

Thanks for all the help,
Jeremy

Just go think about it. Stare at the pipes and figure out where to put it. There's the thread about running a dual BOV/BPV setup so just use the info there while thinking about how to do it. Shouldn't be too hard.
