CX-5 2014
New to this site, looking for help!
I just got my 2014 CX-5 in April. Haven't had any issues up until a week ago. Finding these yellow sac spiders inside and outside my car. Took it to the dealership and they put it up on the lit, looked under it, checked a filter, found nothing except for some spider 'strings'. just said to wait until the first frost or call an exterminator. When I got home, I did some investigating and found 2 webs/nests in the upper part of rubber lining of the driver side door. So who knows where else they are. I haven't driven it since because they're dropping and crawling around while driving, especially at night (I work night shift)..very distracting.
It's frustrating that mazda wont offer any help with this.

Any one have suggestions? Or having this problem also? Anything working?
Thanks

I've been watching this forum for over a year and no regular members ever have posted about spiders with the CX-5. Also, your first and only posts are double posting the exact same text to two threads. Are you a troll? I think so.

So you owned the CX-5 for six months with no spider problems, suddenly you have a spider problem, and its Mazda's fault?

Sales must be slow for Toyota and Honda for salespeople to resort to false posting on Mazda site.

Does help if I report I have a spider problem as well? (I don't, but I was just curious if it'd help.)

The good news: it's almost Halloween, they'll dissappear right after.

The bad news: reindeer are next..

Guys a bug came in my house. I'm about to get the builder to fumigate my house for free or I'm getting a refund.

I would probably use my hand held vacume and go all over the vehicle. If they somehow return then some kind if spray. When weather turns colder, buy look for warm places. ed

Seen spiders in my 2015 often also. I kill each one I see. I'd say I see one crawl across the windshield (on the inside) about once or twice a week. I vacuum the car out weekly.

And yet another one who just joined the forum with a low post count claiming there are spiders in their car. (hijack)

What's your point? Check out my posts, I'm a real person. I only have a few posts because I only joined recently since I bought my CX-5 on August 31. With real spiders! But I wouldn't say they're "overtaking" my car.

Build a bird house inside your car. They'll take care of the spiders.

Recluse spider house is currently in foreclosure process. Is infested spider CX-5 in default?
