Yellow P5 w/polished factory wheels who has them

I've been noticing @ least in my area that its rather hard to get a Yellow P5 with the factory polished wheels, has anyone else notice this? Seems the silver's & whites almost always have them, whats the deal here.

I guess it's all in what the dealership has in stock at the moment.

My dealer had 3 yellows - ALL with the polished wheels (which I agree DO look better on the yellows) but unfortunately, they all had several other "accessories" I DIDN'T want, like automatic transmissions for starters.

I opted for the base model in silver (which I think looks better WITHOUT the polished wheels) and saved another $500

I got them on mine...and my car is yellow too.....but I have noticed that the cars that the dealers get with the polished wheels tend to have a few EXTRA things...like the moonroof and the 6 disc CD changer and in some cases the ABS option.

It appears to be random depending on what area you live in. Here in the Twin Cities I went looking for yellow ones at the end of March. There were exactly 5 yellow ones in the metro area. All 5 had the polished wheels. 3 were 5-speeds and 2 were automatic. The only consistent thing that I saw were that the yellows all seemed to have a lot of options. One dealer had 3 yellow ones - 2 of them were 5-speeds, both of them had polished wheels, ABS + side airbags, moonroofs and deflectors, alarms, cargo nets, carpeted floor mats, and wheel locks. The only difference in the two was one had a stock stereo and the other also had the cassette deck. But they don't have either one of them on the show floor any more because one is mine and the other is my brothers.

Another strange thing about my dealer, I've never seen a blue MP5 or even a red one on the lot..And I pass the dealership just about everyday.

Guess they target another crowd because they mainly sell Olds & Cadillac

My dealership had 21 P5's on the lot, and just one of them was blue - I think that's the rarest color.

The P5 has quite a bit of black on it, and (in my opinion) looks a good bit better in any of the other available colors - The dark blue with the black just doesn't cut it in my eyes for some reason.
