Yellow and White Folders

Yo, Enry, Karl, or whoever............

When you go to say MP3 General in the forum, you see a list of all of the topics.....

Some of them have a white folder next to them, some have a yellow one and some even have a blinking red star!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe you guys can clue this moron in!!!!!!
