Hey, I was wondering what people on here thought about the Xentec HID kits? I haven't heard anything bad online when I tried to search for problems. It is super cheap on Ebay, like 30 dollars for it and 30 dollars for shipping. Do you guys have any warnings about this brand or is it something good for its money?

I also have the Apexcone/DDM tuning in my head lights, will be adding fogs once I get a new BPV into the car (one mod at a time).
Dirt simple install (but good luck finding a home for the ballasts, esp if you get the full sized ones) brilliant, clear light without being too blue or purple (got 10K bulbs).
Gonna order a set for wifeys car too, once I get a straight answer as to the bulb style (diff web pages say diff things....)
And I got them about 2 days after I ordered them, VERY fast shipping.

For $60, it's pretty damn cheap. I'm thinking about pulling the trigger for a set too. I want to verify that it's plug and play and won't need to splice any wires. Let me know how it works out!

Yeah, stashing the ballasts are a b****. I have one zip-tied to the wiper fluid filler pipe, the other zip-tied and double sticky taped to the rings that the stock air box used to be mounted to, right in front of the battery box. Hardly seems fair. Im used to cars with huge space under the hood (87 Crown Vic/P71 Interceptor, 72 Opel GT, 03 Taurus, etc...) but working under the hood of both 3s Ive owned has been an exercise in contortion and blood loss management. But GOD is it satisfying.

lol, nice. I actually went ahead and removed the bumper and headlights to find good spots for the ballasts on mine. I may do it again (its easy) and make a plate for under the headlights (where stock GT ballasts mount). Right now mine are mounted via some small sheet-metal screws behind the headlights.
