yeah, I had to trim back pieces that extend at the base of each of the 3 vertical supports... didn't trim anything else though... however my wind deflector (under bumper) is pushed down on the driver's side, I still haven't investigated.

Thanks for the advice Raj but no crash bar, no way. Great fmic though.

If I have to rock the intercooler grilless, mine is gonna get painted black.

ok seriously....the crash bar is not removed in the turbolife

the turbolife HAS a crash bar built into the system...it may not be as robust as the OEM crash bar, but it is definitely a hugely durable piece that shouldn't sacrifice your cars integrity in a front end collision

the part that does sacrifice some integrity is cutting into the frame on the sides of the radiator

My piping, hoses and clamps came today. I'll get pics later.

Also, I noticed that I'm not gaining any mileage on the car since the speedo isn't working. lol.

Noticed some leaks in my garage this morning so I checked them out. There was a lot of auto trans fluid left in the coolant trans lines so we cut them then plugged them, pretty sure that was what was leaking.

Hooked up the abs sensors and the abs system itself and my speedo now works again, and surprising the alarm siren does too. Odd. Cel went off but after driving about 8mi, it came back on and I have a really low/ruff idol now. It died twice on me on my way home.

Fix one problem, get another I swear. lol.

My CEL was "Idol Malfunction"

We looked at the idol sensor and the plug was half way out, pushed it back in and the car is fine. lol.

FINALLY, the car is running normal since its been auto. No cels, and everything works. I just need an alignment now.
