I'd really prefer no front plate but since I keep getting pulled over for it, I have no choice.

But I can defiantly tolerate the JDM holder over just screwing it into the car or the ugly stock mount.

umm...lets see.. 1, 2, 3, 4... oh i see lol. i asked cuz i took my car to a tire shop to fix a small leak and they cracked my rim and tried to hide it my puting beed sealer over it lol.. and im getting some new rims.. so i have 3 03.5 rims a little curb and 1 cracked..
