well both of your stock cats are next to each other in the mid-pipe, one of mine is in between the two o2 sensors and the other is in the mid-pipe, stock of course.
The reason I put the cat in the exhaust now is cause I wanted to cut down the white smoke and carbon build up on my rear lip, also to add a little grumble to the note cause at WOT it got a little high pitch with no cats. And if I decided to legally get smogged next year, I won't have to take the exhaust off.
