Wet sand or just regular? What grit? I sanded my 18s last time but they just came out all scratched up so I don't want to make the same mistake.

sand the curb rash with whatever it takes... I'd work down to probably 300 for powdercoating (enough for it to bite into, but not so much it'd show through the finish)... but that question would be better directed to someone with experience in it

wow really. my dad has powder coating done all the time for work and he asked him how much it would cost per wheel...... 50$ but i would have to do some prep work, but i like to. its relaxing

very true. and also my dads worked with this guy for 25 years.... so that kinda helps
I had all 4 of my wheels sandblasted in an industrial sandblasting thing while the workers were on break for a 6 pack.
