WTF car not running right.

Ok so i have confirmed that every time i put gas in my msp then start it, it idles crazy and then almost dies then it flashes the cel then if i drive it for a few minutes it starts to run ok. Then i just got back from a 200 mile trip and now it runs rough at low idle and act like it wants to die also. any ideas.

Flashing CEL is bad, very bad. Get the code read before you continue driving the car, it may be leaning out or something else that may damage the engine.
