The dealer should replace it under warranty.

think they will replace it if i've taken it out of the stock enclosure and put it into a custom one, then tried to fix it myself several times? (one of the wires going to the magnet fell off and i tired to re-attach it several times with no luck)...i guess it's worth a shot but i don't think they would replace it anymore. should've taken it in right away.

In that case, maybe not.
Try throwing it back in the stock box and go from there.
IIRC, the dealer changes the whole amp/sub rack when a sub is blown.

I have one. Was gonna post a f/s thread on Craigslist. Selling all my stock stereo stuff on there . In any case, lemme know what you think is a fair price and indicate if you are including shipping in that price.
