Sure is. Not sure about shipping to Canada though. As the last little alternator i shipped there ended up costing a s*** ton. And you really cant fold these lips.

I just purchased the Mazdaspeed/MP3 bumper conversion from protegegarage.com, and apparently the rear bumper skirt is discontinued. So if he can't source me one I may be interested in this one maybe if you drop the price a little for a local pick-up, I'm in Rockford too. That's if it is still available.
