WTB: Mazda3

I'm located in central Jersey. I am looking for a Mazda3 sedan or hatchback, but would prefer a sedan.
Looking to spend around $10k.
I am looking for either of the 2 brighter blue colors, with a 5-speed manual transmission, and fairly low miles.
