The AEM FIC is a fuel/ignition controller. I was not aware Injen made such a thing.
Just a word to the wise. My brother has an AEM FIC on his built turbo MR2, and that thing is finnicky. I also have heard a lot of people have trouble with them.
IMHO, Split Second, non ignition control model. My car great with it, and it is very easy to tune. They're also pretty cheap, and it has been proven to work with our cars.
Why no Injen, it can be had a bit cheaper?
I know, I've put more money than needed into this car already. The AEM FIC is just the road, less traveled. I would like to travel that road and map it out for others who may be curious to travel that same road. No need to delete anything. All facts/opinions are valued here.I can tell you firsthand that get's very expensive, but like I said, you do you, man. I'll delete the rest of my posts so it doesn't clutter your thread.
