Not at all. The AEM is a pretty good unit, especially since it can control timing and is still the cost of an SSAFC. There just isn't any support with our car and the ECU is a real b**** to make it work right. If you read the writeup thread that I created, jdwk provided very detailed information on how to get around the ECU. Only reason I am selling is because I want to get a Haltech and be able to take the ECU out of the equation. If you are not willing or unable to afford a Haltech, this unit will more than suffice.
