WTB: 03 or 03.5 Protege5 Leather Seats

Hey, I'm looking for some leather seats to swap into my MSP.
Please let me know if you have a set of 2003 or 2003.5 Mazda Protege5 Leather Seats in excellent condition for sale/swap.

No shipping, please. Need to be close enough for pick up/drop off or meet in the middle.

If you can't find any seats you could always go and get some custom leather coverings that are made for your seats... there is a few companies that make them...

Yeah, I thought about that, but I think the leather covers would be the option of last resort. I'd much rather get actual leather seats from a Protege5.

I feel your pain... I have 2 other cars and they both have leather. I can't find anyone willing to trade msp seats for p5 leathers. Found a wrecked one in a junk yard once and the guy wanted 500 for the seats and one was torn, I said forget it. I guess if I don't find any before long I'm gonna consult katzkins and order some. I was quoted $1200 installed. Did u ever find some for ur car?

No, I haven't been able to find anything at all. I think the P5 people most likely to agree to a swap are autocrossers because they hate sliding around in leather seats while in competition. But I haven't had any luck yet. (dunno)

Yeah, my car just feels a little cheap to me b/c I've done so much to it, even added a sunroof and theres no leather. I think I'm gonna order a cat from katzkins before long. I'll post pics when I do.

Nice. I have to agree, my MSP also feels a little cheap with the stock seats. Leather seats would help a lot, along with gauge rings.

Please let me know how the Katzkins thing goes.

I might be able to work something out with you... I have the seats but they have headrest tv's in them... how much were you looking to spend on this? the seats are black outside/ grey inside with blue stiching

Gosh I want leather seats in my MSP so bad. I got into an arguement over the weekend with someone whom kept saying that P5s didn't have a leather option. I knew they did!!!! Someone please offer them up!!!
