I edited my post after looking at some STi pictures...the newer WRX scoop is bigger than before, but the STi scoop is just a monster wave.kwiktsi said:Yeah, stock. I saw your original post about STi stuff- I believe the 04's started with the bigger scoop and the STi is even taller!!!
The wheels are about $450 each, so you're probably right. I love the bronze ones on the black STi, but they are only sold in Japan & I don't even want to try calculating what it would cost to get them here.kwiktsi said:I like those wheels. Probablyout of my price range though lol.. As for the lights- that is nice looking, I just don't want to deal with the way they look in a couple years after getting road chips and such.
Joe
I am very familiar with the WRX interior because so many of my friends own WRXs...your interior is MUCH MUCH better.kwiktsi said:note- the steering wheel and center console/radio/climate control area are all new for 05- that's why I tried to get them for those who knew what the older ones looked like.
(rofl)kwiktsi said:and probably about $449 each MORE than the old lady will let me spend on wheels for the NEW car lol
you can make the ones on it not work just fine (glare)kwiktsi said:she is the "I don't see the point, the ones on it work just fine" type...
So glad I did not buy the black -n- blue Mach1. They were desperate to move them huge rebates etc.kwiktsi said:last year.. Traded it in towards this one. I will NEVER buy a ford again- especially a new ford..
Joe
Yeah, if you buy one- plan on keeping it. The Mach may hold it's value better, but I dunno. Any time a manufacturer ****** cars out with rebates and s*** and sell a million of them, they are worthlessyashooa said:So glad I did not buy the black -n- blue Mach1. All in all I am happy with my MSP and my Little Joey P MBC
But that new turbo MazdaSpeed AWD 6 is looking good except the FUGLY 18'' wheels.
Nice WRX Ho...
Yeah, I lurk often, just don't say much because of the issues with a few people here, I let them know it all and keep quiet to myself.. I'll keep you guys updated on the WRX. I really wanted to TT the stang, which would be far more powerful than any WRX, but it just wasn't practical- a 12 second WRX is a perfect street car for me- at least until I get owned by an 11 second evo with half the work I have- then it's on!!!brianmcd said:Nice car, joe. I'm glad that even after carhopping you're still sticking around to let us know what you're up to. Keep stayin' in touch.

Yes, it is the ford I was talking about. That is why I traded it in towards the subie- more practical, I can still "tinker"theGeneral said:I thought that Subie products held there value over a Ford product anytime? Welllllllllll maybe not the GT40.
nah, I am a WRX owner now- I am not afraid of you puny Mazda people anymore. I am superior and my WRX owns all (bowdown)BlkZoomZoom said:or a MSP.......
Haha, I'll have to check that out now lol....jred321 said:their OT section is the best i've found. anything in the world has been posted there. that's how i got my news over the summer, rather than cnn i'd just go there. their takes on things was way funnier![]()
